From international conferences to quarterly consortium meetings and workshops, find out where Robots for All will be next — and how to connect with us.
Upcoming events
We attend key conferences in robotics, HCI, and accessibility — and we host our own events to advance human-robot interaction best practices. More details on upcoming events will be announced here.
We are planning an in-person workshop to collaboratively advance our Universal Design Best Practices for Human-Robot Interaction (UDBP-HRI). Participants from research, industry, and the disability community will come together to review, critique, and refine the guidelines. Date and location to be announced — get in touch if you'd like to be notified or get involved.
Past events
A record of conferences and events where Robots for All has presented, connected with partners, and built the community.
We attended this conference, held June 2–6, 2026 at the Denver Convention Center, to connect with researchers and industry partners working at the intersection of computer vision and robotics.
Regular events
Our recurring events keep consortium members and the wider community informed, connected, and involved in shaping robot accessibility standards.
Full consortium members meet to discuss accessibility guideline updates and directions, share feedback, and prioritize research directions for membership-fee-funded research.
In-person workshops to collaboratively advance and refine robot accessibility guidelines. Details for the next workshop will be announced soon.
Schedule time with a specific member of our team or an accessibility expert for a focused conversation about your robot or research questions. Consortium members can schedule any time.
